35 Weeks
You are not going to ever hear me say that I miss being pregnant or that pregnancy just flies by. After 3 full term pregnancies I think I can officially say that I just don't like being pregnant and time always feels like it's in slow motion while I'm pregnant. It would probably be different if I had "normal" pregnancies, but I don't. Either way, I should only be pregnant for another 3 weeks. I have a c-section scheduled for May 2nd because yet again I have breech baby with no interest in turning and I have to deliver between 37-38 weeks because the Lovenox is aging my placenta a bit faster than it would in a normal pregnancy. If he happens to be head down when I go in then my doctor is willing to induce me, but I don't have high hopes. He seems pretty comfortable in there.
On the other hand, my blood pressure has been good during this pregnancy and I haven't had a single problem with pre-eclampsia symptoms. I have started swelling a lot more in the last 2 weeks though and I was up 7 pounds today from it. I am not looking forward to the diet that I'm going to need to go on after this baby comes out. It's going to be brutal to be in full blown weight loss mode again. I see lots of salad and grilled chicken in my future.
3 more weeks. 3 more appointments. 3 more NST's. I can do this.

30 Weeks
I have been beyond uncomfortable the last couple of weeks, and apparently it's because this boy is growing very quickly! He's just over 4 lbs so he has doubled his weight in the last 4 weeks! My doctor talked to me at my last appointment about doing an easy induction at 38 weeks as long as I'm dilated a little bit. He's just so big and they worry about vbac births with large babies. So that's the plan. As soon as I'm 3 cm (38-39 weeks hopefully) they will break my water and hope that starts things. If not, they will try a tiny bit of pitocin. If that doesn't do it then we will have a c-section again. He's not worried though because my first birth was really fast and they used minimal pitocin to induce. Looks like this baby might make his arrival next month! Yay!!!

26 Weeks
I have one very stubborn baby. We tried again today to get the heart measurements we haven't been able to get so far, but he didn't cooperate yet again. All the valves, chambers, and directional blood flow are good so the doctor said he's giving up on getting actual measurements. Every time he just curls into a ball with his spine shadowing everything. We only got one picture today and that was before they poked on him and made him mad. :)
He's measuring 2lbs 2oz and everything looks great. I only have 2 more appointments with the maternal-fetal specialist planned! Yay!

22 Weeks
I feel like I've been completely off the map for the past 4 months. First it was the absolutely horrendous morning sickness that lasted until 20 weeks. And then I got the flu over Christmas and it took me a good 10 days to recover. Now I'm finally feeling human again! The second trimester is always the best. Let's hope the third is bearable too since I'm only a few weeks away at this point!
Anyways, baby boy is doing great. I've gained all of 5 lbs as of my last appointment, but that was before I went to DQ 3 times this week for the PB cup pie blizzard. Oh my God. It is amazing. I still can't eat anything with meat, garlic, or chocolate. Those are the big 3. I eat a lot of fruit and salad this time so that's awesome. I can't eat anything fried because I get awful heartburn, I drink tons of water, and I haven't eaten many sweets. Except the new Blizzard of course. Thank God it's only for the month. Baby weighs just over 1 lb and everything has gone very smoothly.
I've officially reached the part of this pregnancy that I was dreading. I will be spending a lot of time at the doctors office. Before 24 weeks there is really nothing they can do so I didn't have to go as much. Now that delivery would be an option if things went wrong, they monitor me a lot more closely. My OB is very relaxed and isn't having me come in any more often, but I have to go for ultrasounds every few weeks to check growth and blood flow with the maternal fetal specialist. Because of the Lovenox and Aspirin he just wants to be cautious. Both doctors are very pro-vbac delivery so at the first sign of trouble they would stop my Lovenox and Aspirin and I would start Heparin in preparation for delivery. They have warned me to be prepared for a natural childbirth this time around because some anasthesiologists do not like to do epidurals on blood thinner patients. I would have to be off the Lovenox for a week and no Heparin for 12+ hours. My epidural didn't work with Madison anyways so I can do it. I just don't really want to. :)
On the plus side, baby is perfectly healthy, I'm healthy, and neither doctor thinks I will have problems. They fully expect me to make it to around 38-39 weeks with no issues. I hope they are right.
